ILR Query

Post by priyakute » Mon Aug 24, 2015 5:30 pm

Hi All,

I am a Limited company contractor with 50:50 shareholding, and i am taking sufficient earnings via salary and dividends to meet my earnings requirement.

My query : is 50% shareholding a problem to show my earnings for my ILR?

Also note that when I got Tier 1 extension 3 years back I had 80% holding in the ltd company.

Please advice is this ok? Or will it cause any problem in getting ILR.

Thanks
Priya

Isn't that a clear hint that you may be "imagining" a problem?

ILR - dividend query

Post by priyakute » Sat Aug 29, 2015 4:50 pm

Hi,

Please advice which date to use on the dividend voucher(payment date)?

For few months the date on the business bank statement and personal bank statement differs.

E.g. 31-dec-2014 on business bank statement. But at 1st jan was bank holiday the money in personal bank is credited on 2-jan-2015

So on the dividend voucher should i use date from business bank statement or personal bank statement.

As i read some where in the forum that due to mismatch of date hey have rejected visa.

Please advice?

Thanks
Priya

The mismatches you allude to are usually between the dividend payment and the (deemed) tax payment in the company accounts.
