Dependant visa for UK born from India

I am travelling to India and planning to apply my daughter’s Tier 1 General Dependant Visa from India. My daughter was born in the UK. I would like to know how much savings I need to show in my account ? I am living in the UK for more than 12 months.
As I am applying for the visa outside the UK, I am a bit confused now as what the website says that

The amount depends on your circumstances. You must have £1,890 for each dependant if you’re applying from outside the UK or have been in the UK for less than 12 months. If you’ve been in the UK for more than 12 months, you must have £630 for each dependant

As I’ve been in the UK for more than 12 months and I am applying for the dependant visa outside the UK, what amount I need to show ?

Will that be £1890 (Dependant) + £945 (Myself) = £2835 or
£630 (Dependant) + £945 (Myself) = £1575.

Hi every one.
Me my two sons r British/afghan citizen. I want to apply for my wife UK spouse visa. On UKVI website says afghan national apply through Islamabad. But decision making in Islamabad takes long and not good.
Few of my friends told me it's better to apply from India. I didn't find no information about this on ukvi website.
Can any one help if she can apply from India if she get 3 or 6 months Indian visa in Kabul?
Or where can I get the information to be sure if she can apply through India.
