Return Documents Not received - How to contact?

Hi there,
Our previous postal application was refused and kept hold of all original doc's i.e passport and recently through fresh application using PEO service we got the approval and said they will going to raise the request for return of original documents from HO sheffield.

We have urgent travel plans ahead, how to contact HO sheffield for return of documents? is there any email id available of HO sheffield or contact no? Please advise.

hi, there is a portal in gov site to request missing documents.

This is something I have used successfully used sometime back to get a missing certificate. If your case is urgent, do not forget to call them as well.
