Help review refused

My review for my second HSMP has been refused. I applied under the self employed category and submitted personal bank statements but these do not corroborate my income claimed. More income in my bank statements than claimed. My personal bank account was not solely a salary account as some business income was also paid in which I explained. I also had 1 month were did not pay my salary into my bank account.

All other evidences corrobotate but cws are holding onto my bank statements not corroborating. I submitted a letter from my accountant but made no difference.

My case is complicated and wondering if using a lawyer will make any difference.

I would apprreciate any advice.

Please give a List of docs u provided with application. if you applied as a self employed did u explained whether u r a partner in some business or a sole owner. because documents required are not the same for a self employed sole owner and for a self employed partner or shareholder in a company. so u need to give details of ur case then i can give a better openion.

Hi Maidy

I provided the following documents
-Personal income tax showing income for period
-Personal bank statements
-Unaudited accounts
-Copies of contracts
-Payment advices
-Letter from accountant

I owned 70% of the shareholding of the company. The other directors were not active owning 15% each. The problem I face is cos business income was paid into my bank account and vice versa the cws would not budge. I even made transfers from my personal bank account to pay 3rd parties. Messed up way of doing things
