Still waiting row even 13 weeks gone reg EU1

hello everyone,

13 weeks gone, already email them even wrote a letter and submitted personally in Dublin office but its very strange no out come rcvd so far. so guys wat is the next am totally confused.........................speechless, and worried about my original doc and passports.
