Application address and change of ceremony venue

Post by cool mind » Sat Sep 26, 2015 4:47 pm

Hi,
Unlike other forms there is no section of correspondence address if different from home address on naturalization form. So if the applicant use his relative address as his home address then will it be fine or effect the application? In such case when the application approves then can the applicant arrange simple naturalization ceremony in his own local centre because relive address (application address) is in other city???

You need to use your genuine address as it will probably be checked against other records.

If you have a representative their address goes in Q1.19

Q1.21 is used to specify where you want the ceremony to be.

The reason that I don't know that during the application I may move the home so why not I use my relative secured address? Does it safe?

It's simple, give current address.
As part of their checks HO will probably verify you live there.

if you move house you have notify HO of change of address (as per instructions ion the form).

Setup mail forwarding (via post office/Royal Mail) so any mail to old address goes to new address, (including any follow up questions from HO & biometric enrolment letter, etc).

You're dealing with a government agency, you can't expect them to work around you - you need to work within their requirements.
