2006 amendments

Post by titomojito » Mon Sep 28, 2015 5:32 pm

Hi can somebody explain to me, in 2006 amendments;
Does that mean if you stop working as long as you work more than 12 months, and live in the uk for 3 yrs, does that mean your still a qualified person? Even you didnt sign in job centre,? A gap for 2 months only, and after that been working continously..

I think you mean 2014 amendments to the EEA Regulations 2006.

Mods, as the query relates to the EEA Regulations, can it be moved to the appropriate forum?
