Not straightforward email

Hi has anyone else got an email saying that there has been a delay because 'the case is not straightforward'?

It's fairly common at the moment and I suspect it may be simply an excuse for case workers falling behind on meeting targets for published processing times. Several members have reported receiving these emails when they are convinced their applications are straightforward.

hahhhhh seems like, they have 2 case workers on thousand cases.
Hope this won't be the case even with the "priority settlement" otherwise waste of money.
