Financial Requirement Form for a Child

Hello,
I have a question regarding the Financial Requirements Form to be completed by my daughter.

I will be applying for the “Join your Family in the UK Settlement Visa” for my self and my daughter at the same time. Our sponsor is my husband and her stepfather, who is permanently living and working in the UK.

I understand that I have to complete the Financial Requirement Form (Appendix 2 of VAF4A) as the spouse. However I am really unsure whether I have to fill out the same/similar/any Financial Requirement Forms on my daughter’s behalf.

I understand that my daughter would have to complete this form if both my husband and I were settled in the UK and she was joining us. However, that is not the case, as I am submitting the UK Settlement Visa for both me and my daughter at the same time.


Here is what the actual form states:
YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO COME TO THE UK AS:
• The spouse or civil partner of someone settled in the UK;

OR

• The child of a parent who is applying for entry clearance as a partner or the child who is applying to join their parent who is already in the UK and has been granted limited leave as partner granted under the Immigration Rules in force on 09 July 2012;

But what if both of these apply to us? Filling out two of these forms makes no sense.
