refusal of H1b in london counslate need some help urgent pls

hi this prakash ,i went to US embassy in UK sep,officer refused my visa ,he told me that ur employer filed ur petion with indian degree,I told to the officer i done my master degree in UK,currently iam working i cant gett holidays to go back to india .and he gave me two choices ask ur employer to change i-129 petion or go back to india to stamp,and he gave me 221(g) form . i sent this form to my employer he just change the indian degree to master degree and sent the form in pdf and he told me this will satisfy the officer .but iam not sure this will help me so pls someone give suggestion to me

suppose i go back to london counslate . should i take onceagain appointment .could you pls tell me wat procedure i want to do
