Reapply for spouse visa in uk

I am an Albanian citizien and my spouse is an Albanian too but he has even the passport as a British Citizien. Few months ago we aplly for a spouse visa but we get a refusal becouse the made in another way the calculate of the earnings of my husband that were 200 pounds lower than the 18600. Now i want to reapply again and i have some answer. At the corrent work my husband has worked for 15 month now.If i apply now in october ,i have to demostrate the earning for the last 12 months,so the pay slips that he gets from November 2014 to October 2015????? And did i have the chance to take the respose earlier this time becouse i have apply for the second time or the same??????? PLease help me with a rensponse thank you

There is no special provision to process your application quicker because it is the second time you are applying.

If your husband has salary that differs every month (hourly paid), HO will take the lowest amount and use that to do the calculation.

So you are telling me that it may be the same period of time,it didnt make any diference. I am worried most for the financial requarment.Becouse if i calculate the first 12 months its a bit lower than 18600,But if i present only the last 12 months his earnings are 19400.So will be this ok????

I had this issue also. They calculate category A by taking the lowest gross pay in the last 6 months and then multiply by 12. So lowest gross pay in last 6 months must not be lower than £1550 per month.

I have reapplied with category B, and am praying it will be successful as my salaried pay has varied due to increments and pay rises, plus got a new job with same employer. With category B you have to add up your past 12 months gross pay and it needs to be over £18,600. Then you also have to have a current job that pays you over 18,600 a year. It's a bit of a chance but I hope I am successful.

2- The statement of bank for 12 months or for what time?

Everything depends on the category of application. What is the gross pay each month for the late 6 months, can you list them?

I would put P60 in for additional evidence.

If the sponsor is currently earning more than £18,600 you can apply like I have. I made £18,700 last 12 months and currently over the financial requirements in my current job. Section 5.3 in the above document should help.
