Dependent Visa for Wife and Daughter

Post by rup2015 » Sun Oct 11, 2015 11:03 pm

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your time looking into my request. I really appreciate it.

My query is regarding the marriage certificate for my second wife:

I did registered court marriage in 2011 and brought my spouse to UK for few months on dependent visa but due to some unfortunate circumstances we couldn’t live together and I was left by her and she went back to India in 2012 and finally I got Divorce decree in July 2015. But in between in Nov 2013 I had done marriage again (due to family pressure) and I have a daughter with my second wife(Daughter birthday Nov 2014). The problem is, I still have not registered my second marriage so far.

My query is that shall I register my second marriage in old actual marriage date(Nov 2013) or shall I register my second marriage on new marriage date (i.e. date after the first divorce decree grant so that second marriage is not invalidated). I need a advise on this so that I can do the marriage registration and do the dependent visa filing. Please advise? Will the marriage date matter for UK dependent visa filing or just producing the last divorce decree and new marriage certificate will do. Please help!

Best Regards,
Roop

The second marriage is invalid as you were not free to marry on the date it was Contracted.

Wow you sent a message 20 minuted and your wanted a reply.
