Need Guidance About Income???

Hi,

I am Chirag, I am 25yrs old, I have done BE Mechanical Engg.

I came to UK on 26th jan 2007 on Woking Holida Maker Visa.

Now I am thinking of to apply for HSMP before its rules get change. But having problem in Earning matter.

I do get points for below given matters:

1. Age.
2. UK work experience.
3. Education.
4. English Language.

(I do have BE degree certificate, Marksheets, Transcript Certi and letter from the university stating that my BE was in english medium)

I have been working since Feb 2007, i.e. almost 10months. My Gross salary of 10months is about 11440 Pounds.

Is there any way I can show or I can get required points for INCOME??

Hoping to get some solution.

Well, do you get the necessary points? If not, not much can be done.

I actually have mentioned these tricks before. This is about taking advantage of the current loophole of HSMP system. If U have strong determination.
-Work for 2 Jobs/Employers, 2 shifts Include Holidays, Weekend, etc
-U Just need to do this for 1 year prior to your HSMP application
-If U do this I believe U could hit the threshold point for income and therefore get points.

Remember that the current HSMP system does not care how many hours u work per weeks. They just interest in the final figure of your salary. Probably also does not care whether U do a highly skilled job or not (this is still a grey area and debatable).
As long as it is earning U could count it as part of previous earning in your HSMP application.
