Dependent Visa for unmarried partner and daughter

Hi Guys,

I would ever be grateful to you get a reply from you.

I got married in 2010 in Bangladesh and after that I brought my wife to UK on dependent visa in 2010. Unfortunately my wife broke my trust and left me. She went back to Bangladesh in 2011 and started seeing other guy.

I had filed divorce in 2013 and I got divorce decree in December 2013.

When I went back to Bangladesh in spring 2012 for vacation, I met another girl and we liked each other. She became my girlfriend soon as I was alone/broken and we cohabited for few months in my home country. She is my unmarried partner and we have a boy as well.

As my divorce is done with first wife, I plan to marry my girlfriend now and bring her and my son to UK on dependent visa, please advise if there is any problem in getting their dependent visa? Is there any issue in getting dependent visa for my son as his birthday is before my divorce decree with first wife.

PLEASE HELP!

@Wanderer, the OP doesn't appear to be applying for an unmarried partner visa. He's asking if it will affect his Spouse and child dependent visa applications if his son was born before he was divorced from his first wife. His current marriage took place after his divorce was finalised.

@paul2015 The birth of your son before you married his mother won't be an issue when applying for a dependent visa, providing you are named as the father on his birth certificate.

I was, I was building a Payments System that you'll see in the High Street soon, and my EAR file wouldn't build prior to loading into WAS on AIX.

And, last week I saved the job of one of my colleagues here on a T1G, his visa ran out and they marched him off, but I pointed out he was covered by Section 3c since he has on in-time app in progress, I've I was Xenophobic I'd have let him go and got someone of my own kind in, i.e. a Lancastrian. There's too many Yorshiremen taking jobs away from Lancastrians.

Let's get Corbyn in, what a wonderful man, I can't believe the ground-swell of support he's getting, a proper socialist.

It's always a bit difficult for me, being a socialist by nature and a businessman by trade!

Can't believe my colleague applied for his extension right at the last minute, it is valid, but why so on the edge!!??

There's can't be many T1G's left now that haven't got ILR or Naturalised....
