FLR(M) Category B + Category F Question

Post by LexiiC » Sun Oct 18, 2015 9:51 pm

Hi all,

We are looking to apply for FLR(M) soon. We are having trouble establishing whether or not we meet the income threshold just based on our current situation.

I, the applicant, have been with my current employer for less than six months (thus applying for category B). I average about 1000 pound a month (non-salaried) on my Tier 5 YMS visa that expires in January of 2016.

My sponsor registered as self employed in October of 2014 (thus applying for category F). His last full financial year (Oct 2014 to April of 2015) he only earned approx. 7000 pound. He has since, in July, been self employed on higher wages and averages about 1600 pounds a month now.

During his last full financial year I was with a different employer on a salary.

Currently we average 2600 income a month.

Can anyone please give any advice on how we should proceed since during our current situation we both exceed the 18600 requirement?
