I dont know what is law i have too over speed fine nd was change my home adress i never get latter but the took me to court nd got fine 270 euro nd 300 euro payed same day nd my appliction took 4 years in total nd never take any payment from GOVT nd i dont have even midc card working full time in ireland last 13 years so it all depend on luck i see some drunk driving got before me so it mean stay peace nd will get for sure but no one knows how much time will take
