settlement visa to UK

Hi we are in the process of applying for my Husband to come to UK to settle. I am Indian holding British passport and my husband is Indian currently residing and working in Kuwait. He is planning to apply from kuwait. Can you please tell me what all documents I need to submit and also whether he needs a medical checkup? If he does do u know which hospitals in Kuwait are certified for this?

Before you submit your application, are you as your husband's sponsor able to meet the minimum income level of £18,600 per annum or in the absence of earnings have £62,500 in savings?
Here's a link to the spouse settlement visa information. The fee is £956 + the NHS surcharge of £600. Your husband will also have to pass an approved A1 level English test before submitting the application.

Kuwait isn't currently on the list of countries where a TB test is required.
