English Language Requirement - Requirement Changes - woried

Hi,
My wife is qualified to apply for Citizenship and we made arrangements to satisfy the requirement by the following:

Have obtained an academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet
the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the
United Kingdom and
(i) UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or
researched in English or
(ii) the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority
English speaking country other than Canada;

I now read the requirement is changing from November

This requirement is changing in November 2015. From that date you will only be able to
use an English language qualification at B1 level or above if it is on the list of acceptable
Home Office qualifications. This can be found on the GOV.UK website. Other English
language qualifications will no longer be accepted for this purpose.

Can someone please confirm if the NARIC certificate we already obtained can longer be used if we are gong to apply in November? We got an appointment with NCS for 10th November.

The piece you are quoting is relevant to the B1 English test not Naric certification.

Thanks for your quick reply CR001. The NARIC certificate we got says


Further to this, i am now able to confirm the following:

Country of Qualification: XXXX (Not Majority of English Speaking)
Title of Award: Master of Business Administration
Award Institution: XXXX
Year of Completion: XXXX
Level of English: The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR Level C1

In addition to this English Language Assessment you may wish to receive a UK NARIC Certificate of English Language Assessment for the qualification named above

Question: The certification really doesn't say that Qualification was taught or researched in English

Can this Certificate still be used after 5th Nov?

I do get 10 points in PBC. With the print out and the NARIC i should be good, correct?
