Hi,

I am family member of EEA national acquired PR Oct-2014. My question is when Applying for BC again I need to prove all 5 years treaty again as per the application?

No this is not required as you are applying based on your PR status. The AN form and NCS will explain what information you are required to present.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply, My question was
under the section 2.4 EEA nationals exercising EC Treaty Rights:
They are asking for 6 years of treaty rights.
I am bit confused.
