Hey Mysterious! My wife went in the morning. The passport was not there. It made me laugh though when she told me the man at the centre said it could take upto 6 months. This is after she told him the decision email has been sent! Like their generic emails online, even their answers in person are generic! The wait continues.... :-/
Thanks so much for letting me know, appreciate it that means we just got to wait it out. omg 6 months what a joke. WHOLE Application takes that long, not to gt passport back.
Gueeesss what!? My wife just got text for collection and I have received the email! Now wether that is to do with her going or just receiving it normally really makes me think! Hmmmm.. :P

Hi Mysterious,

Have you heard anything from Visa Application Centre?

Maybe it depends upon the Visa Application Centre. People, who have submitted their applications through Islamabad Visa Application Centre, already got texts or the official processed emails.

Where the passport for the application relevant to you was submitted originally?

Thanks for your response Mysterious.

My wife submitted her passport through Mirpur VAC. So hopefully we shall hear tomorrow and if not definitely on Monday.

Wish you best.

So they have finally updated the processing time in working days for last month (Sep): below is settlement visas for Islamabad:

Number of days to process application 15 days 30 days 60 days 90 days 120 days
% of applications decided 1% 2% 65% 91% 99%

Their very first email that UKVI send you (in my case from Islamabad), they state that they have published standards and that they are meeting those standards with no forecast delays. My application is almost reaching 6 months in a couple of weeks without any progress but only delay. Has anyone had to wait for 6 months or more for their application outcome? From the statistics above I fear my application will be dragged further then 120 days.

Timeline:
Biometric @ ISB on 29th May 2015
Application delay email: 10 Aug 15
Application delay email after escalating : 09 Sep 15
Since then ... waiting :(((
