T1 ent 2nd aplication refused

Hello everyone
Today I got a letter from HO (says notification to a person who is liable to be detained)
They are asking me to report at their detention to a immigration officer at Eaton house hounslow.
This letter is a surprise for me as I haven't received a refusal letter on my address provided in my application form.
My time line are
2nd application (submitted with in 28 days period after refusal of permission of appeal in upper tribunal)
Last correspondence was the interview letter in august which I attended on 20 august.
Now the tricky bit
I called to ukba inquiry no today and asked about the update regarding my application and they replied that u do not have any pending application with us atm And ur last application has been send to your representative on 14th October.
As I applied my self and have not given any other corespondance address or any representative address.
The guy over the phone said that he think HO send it to wrong address than.
He suggested me to write a letter which he gave me
Explaining that you enquired. And u haven't received the dession yet.
So that u receive the dession again on your address.
Please guide me what u gurus and members think I should do.
Should I go to immigration officer on 11th November?
Will they detain me or I just have to go their for signature

I would suggest that you consult an immigration lawyer first, before going taking any further steps.
