Hi
After Escalation received reply
""I have tracked the status and found that the application
has been processed and a decision has been made and it should be with you in the next few days. We do not have the visibility to the actual decision made and the location of your documents due to confidential reasons. Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application
centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery.""
What next ?
Can someone explain what all these mean please ?
How long take to collect passport?

Salam everyone,

I have been looking at this forum for a while and have decided to register today.

So I have submitted an application for my husband.

Online application : 5th September 2015
Posted docs: 6th September 2015
Biometrics : 14th September 2015

I have submitted the online form on the gov website for an update this morning. I have received the usual automated response to say it is yet to be assessed but there was a section that I haven't come across before.

Please note: The visa application will be processed and decided by the
British High Commission. Neither our department, nor any of our staff, play
any part or influence the outcome of the visa application.

Has anyone come across this before?

Hi Could anybody tell me how long it will take more to know the outcome of my application, I received the email on 05/11/2015 that your application process and decision has been made.
How long I should wait to received call or email to find out the visa granted or not granted.

Dear ABCD,
Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF3454D324 and date of birth
23/XX/1990) and found that the application has been processed and a
decision has been made.

Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time
to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and
whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application
centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery.

If you have purchased a courier service then your documents will be
dispatched to the delivery address you have provided. We appreciate your
patience while you wait to receive your documents.

We strongly recommend not to book prepaid travel and accommodation before
receiving the visa.

My Time Line
-Online Application: 17Aug 2015
-Biometrics Islamabad: 27 Aug 2015
-Paperwork Delivered to Sheffield: 9 September 2015 (via Royal Mail Special Delivery)
-Application Received Email from Sheff: 19 Sept 2015
Ask for an update: 05/11/2015
Email received : Email received on 05/11/2015 Reply Application processed and decision has been made
Outcome : don’t know ( what the next stage) please tell me

@ speed They've made a decision and it won't be too long now before you get collection email.

Just an interesting point for everyone. Decision is made quite sometime before you get collection email. Our visa letter was dated 15th October...we collected on 29th.

I've asked a few people and it seems TB test is not needed to enter UK.

Also great to see @tiger girl and raymondsnr your cases being looked at far quicker than what was expected. Really want good news for you guys!!
Online application: 11th July 2015
Biometric Islamabad: 27 July 2015
