eea visa transferring to my new passport

Hi
I'm md obaidur rahman . im from bangladesh, my wife from poland . my old passport is gone invalid while my new EEA visa processing. UKBA gave me visa on A4 size paper.after i got visa i send my old passport to my high commission and i got my new passport.
But in emergency me and my wife want to travel to poland next november 20. But still in my new passport i didn't transfer my new visa yet.
So, i just want to know if i travel to poland with this empty my new passport and A4 visa document .
is that will be and problem travel to poland and come back .
ASAP replied will be deeply appreciated.

You should be fine as i am the same situation. I travelled no problems
