mandazi maybe you can start contact your mp,submit complaint through solvit and write some formal letter to HO.i dont have any experience about this but when they call you have you mention that they are breach ing european law?Mandazi wrote:[quote="diyou83"
My employer gave the email as the previous one had expired over a month. It was delivered within 2 days after application. I had asked my lawyer & he kept saying he hadn't got it in ov
They called yesterday & said it was still under process. That they don't know how long it will take. No decision has been made
You can request the HO to send your dependant's passport back and explain your circumstances!candy2012 wrote:Hi,
I am watching this forum long time. My Dependent applied on 31st july 2015 and she recieved COA(with permitted work) On 3rd nov 2015.
My question is that My dependent have no photo identity card because everything with homeoffice so its very hard to register in bank accounts and another service.I asked DVLA people for provisional licence but they told me to send COA because They dont have any idea.
Anyone have suggestion or faced same situation ??
mktemi75 wrote:Hello Everybody,
Any news from MAY applicants? cos it seems the HO have forgotten about the MAY applicants and now dealing with JUNE applicants.
Submitted 7th of May and nothing yet as at today, no questionaire,no interview, total silence and tried to call severally they kept saying working on it.
Do we have any MAY applicant who has received his/her RC recently?, please let us know.
Thanks and good luck to all
Exactly fabflower, one would have expected them to treat the applications in order of date of submission, but from the look of things, they arent doing it any any particular order, The most annoying thing is that one doesnt seem to get any information from them on phone. All they tell you is that the application is in process.I will however be sending a formal complaint email on Monday regarding the delay in treating my application because by law, they should issue the RC within 6 months from the day of submission.fabflower wrote:mktemi75 wrote:Hello Everybody,

You are right Mktemi75. HO seems to have ignored May applicants especially those of us that applied the 1st and 2nd week in May. I applied on the 8th of May and no news since then. I have requested passports back on the 29th of October. The wait is so tormenting

I received my RC on 26th but still no passports and supporting documents. Since i dont trust HO (they forgot to send me COA and BIO invitation on time) can you tell me any e-mail I can use to contact them? I have not found anything on their web. Thank you!
You can try calling this number : 03001232241
However it would be useful if you could share informations about your case with other members of the forum !?

We have just received a questionnaire aaking silly questions such as where did we learn english and how do we communicate at home and list of places we've travelled to together etc... the only problem is that the box they have provided for us to list the places weve been to isnt big enough to list all of them! !
Also our lawyer told us to expect an interview within 5 weeks approximately!
Congratulations Mris could you pls tell any extra info about your case pls ?Mris wrote:Hi all,
