ILR Dependent Visa - From India

Kindly help me with my situation. This is regarding my Wife Visa under ILR Dependent category. I have gone through the UK immigration website relating to this topic and Appendix FM 1.7 Financial requirement and I am totally confused. Need your kind guidance and help. Please find below the complete details:

I am currently living in UK with ILR status. I returned to UK in August 2015. I got my ILR in Dec 2014 and i left to India in March 2015 (21st March 2015) due to personal reasons and came back to UK again in August 2015 (20th August 2015). I am planning to apply ILR dependent Visa for my Wife who is India currently. For the Past 6 years i have employed with the same employer (until now) i.e I am working for the same employer in UK and in India (When i returned back to India in March 2015 I was working for the same employer in India). My real concern is after going through the UKBA website, I can submit all the documents as per their checklist except the Financial documents for which I have few outstanding questions. My current gross salary is 51K Pounds and while i was in India (from end of March 2015 to 20th August 2015, I was receiving my India salary which is approximately (650 Pounds Per month). But Before March 2015, My gross annual UK salary is 45K Pounds.

Questions are as follows:

1. Can i apply for my Wife Visa under ILR Dependent category based on my Current and Past 12 months Financial situation?

2. If So, Please let me know in Which category i can apply? ( I mean if it is VAF 4A, please let me know under which financial category)

Kindly help me and please provide your guidance.

Note: I have already gone though many posts in this Immigrationboards forum and UKBA site and I am confused and need your kind help.

You need to meet the requirement of minimum income of £18,600 pa in the 6 months before applying and you have to submit evidence of bank statements and payslips etc.

I have an additional question based on your response , By end of December 2015, My gross income for the last 4 months (That is from September 2015 to December 2015) will be 20K Pounds. Can i start initiate my wife visa from end of December 2015? Kindly advice.

You need to provide evidence of your income for the full 6 MONTHS immediately before applying. HO/UKVI is very clear about this.

It does not matter that you meet the income requirement in only 4 months unless you have substantial savings. There is no flexibility on this.

One last question, If i provide my last 6 months payslips when i apply by end of Dec 2015, I have payslips in UK from September 2015 to December 2015 and for July and August 2015 it will be India payslips. Can i go ahead provide that or it should be only 6 months of UK payslips?

Kindly advice. As i mentioned before, From August 2015 to December 2015 my gross pay each month will add up to 20K Pounds but for Immigration purpose I can provide my July and August payslips which are India Payslips.

Please let me know if this is fine.

It really would be better to supply 6 months payslips. It means waiting two months, not really that long is it.

It does not matter what your gross pay in 4 months is, HO don't calculate it like that.
