Hello to everybody
I have ILR and living here with dependents. I want to apply flr m visa for my dependents and visit visa for my parent from outside UK. I am receiving child benefit and want to apply child tax credit. Is it ok to receive to child benefit and child tax credit as I want to apply flr m for dependent's and visit visa for mother?.

Yes, child benefit in your name and child tax credits in JOINT name with your spouse.

No effect on visit visa as your mother has to prove her family ties and circumstances in home country to convince ECO that she will return.
