Extended Family-Permanent RC

Hi! My husband is my sponsor on my EEA family permit visa and my parents also hold the same Visa as they depend financially on us. My Family Permity Visa expires March/16 hence why I am preparing all docs and forms for our Permanent Residence Card. The problem is that my parents arrived in the UK after us and they complete 5 years here on June/16. Can I include them, as the form suggests, as extended family members on our form even though they only complete 5 years aprox 6 months after the form submission, or should I only include my husband and I on the form and make another application for them at some point next year? Thank you

They have not acquired the necessary 5 years residence, therefore there application is likely to be declined.

Thank you very much for your reply.
So, by the time they complete 5 years here I will apply for them separately. But here comes my second question: should I put my husband's details on the sponsor section as he is the European citizen or should I put my details (I will have a response for my RC by then) as I am the one who financially supports them?
