URGENT!!!!! FLR(fp) Decision

Hi all,


Please i need a clarification for my sister who was granted 30months leave to remain in 2013 under D-LTRPT.1.1 of Appendix FM(which should be 60months to settlement).
At the time of the application she met all the requirement including the english language and accomodation.
But the letter states that she will have to complete 120 months (10yrs)on the leave to settlement which is confusing.Now she is due for renewal.
Please i need your advise on this.can she remind them that the letter states that she was given leave under D-LTRPT.1.1 which should be 60 months to settlement and not D-LTRPT.1.2(120 months to settlement).

Please a response will be much appreciated.

Forget what the letter states .... which are prone to errors by humans typing / choosing predefined templates.
Apply for extension as usual.
