Study visa from pakistan

Hi

Just want to know if anyone having idea on how much time it require for study visa from pakistan. What are chances of its success?. And can i take my dependent wife with me.
I know it is hard now to study in u.k so i am looking options in ireland.
Any help will be really appreciated
