FLR(FP) on Child Basis - Help Pls

Hello guys ,


can anyone share their experiences in applying flr fp for for child basis ,
I came in UK with my daughter and husband on August 6th 2010, on student visa 1 year +2 yr tiPSW+2 yr tier 1 entrepreneur appeal case in court. )
and I have another two children born in UK, one is 4yrs another boy is 13 months ,
I want to known any hope in getting flr fp visa , to apply it, plc advice us in this application, I am planning to apply flr fp on basis on my daughter application, she is going school in UK now my daughter is 10 yr old ,so any hope to apply. flr fp ,on complete 5 years in UK .

anyone can give us yr opinion it will helpul

In order to apply on the basis of a child, the child must have been here for 7 years. Many on the forum have also reported that the initial application is often refused when the conditions are met.

So no, your daughter will not qualify on the basis of having been here for 5 years unless there are extra-ordinary circumstances (medical).

ya I have another son who is 1 year he was under treatment of breathing difficulty as he is having allergic of dust smoke and fumes ,so it's very difficult to cope with this he cannot move to another country their too much polluted country so he is having chest infection on this basis can we get permission to stay in uk
