my frnd is appealing against refusal of spouse visa from pakistan. Want to know about appeal form, He is sponsor, should he complete and sign section 5 only? as a representative

what about section 6? should this be ignored of fill as well?

Not everyone know what section 5 or section 6 says. Post what it refers to so that members can maybe help you. What was the reason for refusal and did the spouse get appeal rights?

Husband is NOT a representative. Representative means OISC advisor or solicitor.

Yes there is right of appeal.not a genuine relationship and financial req are not met these are reasons.

Section 5 says about representative details taht could be professional or unprofessional and he can appear in court on behalf of applicant.

Section 6 is all about sponsor details.

my frnd want to appear in court on behalf of wife, and there is no adviser or so;solicitor involve in the appeal process.
