Post by Honestguy » Thu Dec 03, 2015 11:01 am

Dear all,

I hope some one can give me a detail advise on my wife and kids visa.

Im at British Citizen earning 36k, I joined last year.

I have applied twice both time visa got refused and now I'm applying for third and final time hopefully and need someone to answer my questions.

I got married in 2012 and applied for depended visa Sep 2012
Refused as I have not enclosed TB certificate

Then, I got kids(boy and girl)

I applied again in August 2015 but on family visitor as due to fee and all other factors but got refused "not satisfying paragraph 4.5 of visitors.

Now, I wanted to apply for depended visa in December 2015.

My question are below
1. I'm allow to apply as reject recently

2. Do I have to proof I earn £26800 or £25800 and also ( rent + bills +£500 family + 300 each child + £75 health premium is less then what I earn each month after tax)

3. I'm applying from india
Do I need 3 x appendix 2 financial req form
Do I need 3 x appendix 1 family sattlement form
Do I need 3 x su07 sponsorship form

I'm applying with below doc's

Application forms x 3

Original passport x 3
2 photos x 3
Su07 x 3
Financial req form x 3
Family settlement form x3

House consist of 2 room, 1 living room, Spam and bathroom

Both refusal letters copies
British passport copy
Neutralisation copy
My Indian passports copies with all stamps
O2 bill for 6 months showing I call my wife

You will need proof of contact since you last lived with your wife or the length of your relationship, not just for the last 6 months...

You need to show your gross salary, not your nett salary.

I used to send money to my wife every couple of months through my NRI account, Citibank send me PDFs statements

My question is can print this and used a an additional proof that I support my wife financially, as this statement is not on official bank paper. I'm submitting my wife statement which show this transaction.

Thanks

Quick Question on employment letter

I have requested employment letter with the HR.

As the company has offices outside UK, HR from Germany created the employment letter and sent it to UK HR.

The U.K. HR just printed the copy into black and white but signed and stamped it.

Do you think is it acceptable or do I need to get it coloured and also on company letter head paper

Hi All,

I have applied for spouse visa and depended visa for 2 kids on 14 December.

Today 22 December I received 3 emails for all the applications, application processed and Send to you. You should hear shortly from VFS.

I'm wondering what's wrong with the applications

I didn't received any calls
My wife also didn't received any calls

Quick decision within 7 days for settlement visa.

I m just worried as u pay nearly £5000 and previously I been refused twice.

I just have to wait till VFS delivery the documents.

I'm just hoping settlement visa approved with 7 days and granted visa.

Also I mention travel date on 3rd March 2016.

Don't knw what they are Upto ? ?

Totally confused and stressed

You will have to sit tight & wait for further official communications.
