The 1st 2 questions seem to relate to where applicant is currently located & is applying from.

The form asks if the applicant is a national of the country IN which he or she is applying, not TO which. So if he is Egyptian and he is applying from Egypt, then the answer is YES. The question of permission would be answered with something like, 'He was born here' or 'he is a national'.

As to the question regarding how long he intends to stay, the answer should be the length of the visa but many of us put 'indefinitely '!

So it should be

Settlement
>settlement
>>husband

If there is not 'wife' option, you can put 'partner' or 'spouse' if that is there.

You don't need the SU07 sponsorship undertaking for a spouse visa.

You have to send what the form, guidance and rules say you have to send.

What have you got so far?

The paperwork should satisfy Appendix FM-SE, etc.

Unlikely your spouse will be granted a visitor visa.

To meet the financial requirement, you need to be working at the time of and during the application process and for the foreseeable future. It is a non negotiable requirement and HO/UKVI can check your employment status very easily.

What evidence of meeting the financial requirement did you submit with your husband's application?

For spouse visa I have all they need its just the salary income side of things.

2 solicitors advised on visit visa.1 said about a job offer

im starting to see no light at the end of the tunnel.

Not submitted yet till 109% sure on everything.

Visit visa we have a sponser and all required so why would they refused the more I learn about this the more its driving me crazy x

What would your spouse show, with evidence, as circumstances and ties to his home country if his wife is in the UK and due to have a baby? HO/UKVI are clamping down on these visitor visas in this scenario due to a history of abuse of the system.

A job offer for you? How would that work if you are due to give birth?
