Any advice would be appreciated as spoke to 3 solicitors today and all giving me different advice and im iust none the wiser. I really want him here foe the birth thanks all x

It's a longshot (& won't be easy by any means) but it may be worth looking at Surinder Singh...

It means moving your centre of life to a.n.other EU country (for example Eire or Malta) & working there;
or, perhaps more realistically in your circumstances, running your own business which may be the best bet for you.

Your spouse lives there with you & would have the right to work (for your small business perhaps) &/or to study etc.

It also means that on your eventual return to UK (if you choose to return) you would be considered as an EU citizen & treated under EU rules;
ie no financial requirements &, for your spouse, no LITUK or language test.
(It would be prudent to have child born in UK first though, if longterm plans do involve life in UK).

No, YOU have to meet the financial requirement as the sponsor. A spouse applying from outside the UK cannot meet the requirement themselves, this would only be applicable to use the applicants income if they were applying WITHIN the UK.

Is he in the UK at the moment? If yes, on what visa?

No we will apply for visitors visa and family member is going to be his sponser just need to assure them that he will returnback to egypt x

Sorry but has anyone got any links or suggestions of templete letters for the sponser of the visitor also what my husbands boss should pit in a letter saying about permission to take holiday from work.

There is no standard template. Just a letter of invite stating dates etc and the personal/passport information.

Same with employer letter, just state the facts.

He needs to prove his ties to his home country, personal circumstances, financial circumstances, family, property etc.

It is probably likely that he will not get a visa, prepare yourself for a refusal. There are no appeal rights for visitor visas.

Make sure any passport copies are certified copies. The post office can do this for a fee.

Hi all not posted for a while but hopefully can hellp again finally got everything ready please advise if I have missed anything. My mother is sponsering my husband on visit visa
she has provided
morgate statement
3 mothes wage slips
invitation letter (she paying no need for public funds)
He providing
letter from landlord which he rents from and has done for years
his place of work giving him time off
he also providing letter about him visiting anf we will be starting family in his country

I am also sending copy of my passport as I have a valid visa for his country and a letter confirming a job offer me over there when I leave uk.

What about your husbands bank statements and payslips.

Is your 'job offer' genuine and are you genuinely planning to leave the UK?

They dont habe wage slips in his country (and yes do plan to leave I have got my 5 year visa for there

I asked if the job offer is genuine, not the visa. If UKVI contact your 'job offer' employer and they know nothing about you, his visa will be refused for deception.

It might also raise a question with UKVI on why they should grant him a visit visa when you can go there if you have a job to go to.

Cr001 sorry your advice again he dosent need bank statements as he is 100% being sponsered for everything and evidence to prove so alythough he has money saved in account and stated on application but cant get statement of bank to show his savinhs is this an issue ? He can get one but wont have enough time thankyou x

If he is stating his savings, he needs to produce the bank statements.

He needs to provide as much documentary evidence as possible to convince HO that he is a 'genuine visitor' and what his personal circumstances are in his home country.
