I have been EC rejected.
CAN I APPEAL & FRESH HSMP APPLY SIMULTANEOUSLY?
what is the time limit for fresh hsmp application after rejection.

Hi,

You cant reapply HSMP if the approval is still valid. If EC is rejected,you can appeal the EC on 'justifiable' grounds. So, you can go ahead and appeal the EC either by yourself or through a solicitor.

By the way, was a 'Right to Appeal' form included in the letter from BHC or HO?

Even if not, you can still appeal.

Dear 1971,
The hsmp approval time is expired last month 25 th October 2007.
'Right to Appeal' form was included in the letter from BHC
I am more interested in Fresh HSMP approval rather than appeal because it takes about 1 year to process.
I want information Can I appeal against EC decision and fresh HSMP approval simultaneously .

Hi Ganesh,

Its better you appeal against your case if you think that you have grounds to appeal.

As If you apply for EC after getting fresh Approval then also you need to give reason for last rejection.

So just think over it and apply
