Hi everyone. My wife made an FLR(M)application within UK last week and got a letter for biometric and a letter requesting for IHS payment. We paid £500 for IHS when she applied and gave the IHS Number. Pls see the attachment for the Home Office letter. Is she supposed to pay £600 instead? If yes, pls what do we do next?

Thanks for your assistance in advance.

PS;

Home Office letter states;

Thanks Casa for your superfast response. That's exactly what I did but they say the application is invalid until we make the payment. Is it okay to re-send the IHS Number with the payment receipt. I also plan to ring them on Monday. I'd have ring them today but I'm not sure they open. We're doing the Biometric registration today. Thanks.

Yes I would do that. I agree that they are unlikely to be working today, but it's worth a try. I guess you've checked with your bank that the payment went through OK?

Thanks Casa. Yes, the payment went through. I made the payment on the 19th of December, 2015. It says £500 Immigration Health Surcharge paid on my Bank statements. I'll do all that you've advised. Thanks a Million.
