flr fp as a parent

Hello everyone,please I am worried about my issues and I hope I can get some advice from you guys. I have posted my case here before and I thank Obie and others who response to my question,God bless you all.
Here is my brief history..... I came to the UK on a visiting visa in 2010 and never go back as I have overstayed. I have a partner who got ILR in 2010,and we have our daughter in May 2012 who is a British. I was refused my first application in 2013 due to the new law of 9th of June 2012. Me and my partner had a misunderstanding in 2014 which led to our separation,a mutual separation though,but I have access to my daughter. I made another application on flr fp as a parent in Aug 2015. Bellow are my timeline:

Application made :- 20-08-2015
Biometric-ECH letter received:- 17-09-2015
Biometric done:- 18-09-2015
HO requested for DNA testing and more documents,given 3weeks ultimatum to provide it:- 26-11-2015
DNA results and other documents sent:- 09-12-20
Awaiting response:- ???

My question is,it's almost a month now that I have sent the DNA test result and the other documents requested,I hope I am on saver side. Because I have read some cases similar to mine on this forum,after HO requested for more documents,within 7 to 10 days,they've answered them. Mine is a month now. I hope my case is not complicated to them. Please if anyone has experience something similar,could you please share it with me please. Thanks God bless you all.

Please,what will you advice in this case;
You know I said I have separated from my partner since 2014,and I made my application on family life as a parent. Now my partner and I have reconciled last month and she wants me to move in with her and my daughter to start living together as a family,which I am happy about because of my daughter. If we started living together now,will it not affect my renewal if I eventually granted leave to remain on basis of a flr fp as a parent? And if I want to renew,on what basis should I apply on,is it partner or parent,because at the moment my partner is on housing benefits,though she's working,but still getting top-up for housing benefits and child tax credit. I hope all these will not affect me if we started living together? I love my family and I am happy to be with them together. Please any advice will be appreciated. My understanding is that even if you had continued to live together you would have still applied for FLR(FP) as you were unable to meet the minimum level of finance. I believe if granted, you will be on a 10 year route to settlement due to the period without any valid leave.
