refusal incorrect or no feed paid

i have applied for my son dependant tier 1 entrepreneur visa but was refused for maintenance not met, than i have made a fresh application and got a letter saying incorrect or no fee paid.

but i actually paid £300 for immigration health surcharge this i paid when i was applying for first time and have mentioned the reference number also in the new applicaiont and paid £ 1180 for visa fee.

now i get a letter saying incorrect fee or no feed paid

you have not made a payment to cover the immigration health surcharge, i do not know what to do now

You have to pay a new immigration surcharge with each application you make. The same as you have to pay the visa fee for each application made.

If the previous visa application was refused, the IHS fee would have been refunded to you or the card used for payment.

A refund for a refused application might take a few days/couple of weeks. When was the visa refused?

Yes, you need to pay again and get a new IHS ref number.
