new version AN form- help in answering 3 questions please

Hi,
got appointment at NCS coming week and in the new AN form jan 2016 version, i got few questions where i need some help to answer them

Q1. page 23, question 6.7 ? shall i tick yes or no ( because i am applying via NCS)
i will not enclose it with my application, apart from NCS taking a copy of my brp card

***so if tick no> then what option should i tick further to that please???

Q2.page 27 question 7.5, SHALL I SUBMIT MY WIFES PASSPORT, she is an indian but not applying along with me. shall i tick it or not ( do i need to submit her passport photocopy)

Q3. page 28, question 7.7, i didnot understand this basically,but i am sure i statisfy all the requirement, it says delete if not applicable? how?

Please help me answer these 3 questions.

Q1 - Tick yes

Q2 - No, only relevant if applying as a spouse of BC.

Q3 - Cross the paragraph (pen by hand) out neatly.
