I am due to submit my application for Naturalisation in a couple of weeks’ time, and have already booked an appointment with the Council to review and dispatch my Application to the agency. I have a few questions which I seeks answers to, and I will be obliged if anyone can provide me with the answers to these questions.
1. Employers Information: I am a bit confused as to what duration of the employer’s information I should provide. I am an Indian citizen and I moved here 9 years ago. When I moved here I was a student and have changed a few visas before I applied my Tier I (General) (from student visa moved to IGS (International Graduate Scheme) and then to PSW (Post Study Work) then finally Tier I). Do I have to provide the Home Office all 9 years employers’ information or do I only provide them this information since I moved to the Tier I (General) on which basis I got my ILR.
2. Referees: I have a friend who is a Physiotherapist. Will he be able to sign my application form as a Professional?
3. Good Character:
• I received a parking fine a couple of years ago. I wrote to the Council against it and they decided to revoke this fine do I have to add this in my application form?
• I recently received a fine for driving on the bus lane. I have written to the council and have asked to revoke the fine. They have not come back to me with a response yet. Do I have to list this in my application form as well?
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Kind Regards,
Confusedkid
