Change of address- no biometrics letter

Hi there,

I have applied through NCS on the 03/12/2015 and mentioned that I was moving house on the house on the 31/12/2015, so the lady wrote a note on my application and I also notified the home office by mail around the end of December.
The fee has been taken off my account on the 12/01/2016 but still no letter. I will have to stop by the old house this weekend to ask if it was delivered there but is there any other way to contact the home office apart from by letter?

You could have set up Royal Mail redirection or applied after you moved.

It is possible that the letter is still on its way though.
