FLR(m) renewal - accommodation

Post by azo » Sun Jan 17, 2016 7:40 pm

Hi,
Looking for some advice. After 15 months of my wife getting her spouse visa, I move addresses due to a new job in another part of the UK. My question is when we apply for the FLR(m) visa in April do I have to prove that we/she were allowed to live at the old address (i.e a letter from the landlord saying that me and her were allowed to live at that address/ contract) or does proof of accommodation only apply to the place were living at the time we make the visa application. I have proof of cohabitation of the old address in forms of letter/bills but nothing from the renting agency.
regards

Only proof of right to reside in your current accommodation.
