ILR under Tier 2

Hi Expert,

Please help me with the following query

I am in Tier 2 General visa from February 2011 and will complete 5 years end of this month. When i checked my p60, I have found about £400 less wages than the COP . It was happened when I did my extension . My employer increased my wages when I got my visa not from COS issued.

Can you please anyone tell me, is there will be any problem for that.
