FLR(M) Renewal Financial Requirement

Hi guys,

I am spouse of British Citizen and I have 2,5 year Leave to Remain visa valid till August 2016, my wife might be out of work by the end of February. I am working as well as marketing Manager and earn over £18,600 and we have a daughter 18 months.

my question is can I renew my Leave to Remain visa even if my wife don't earn the minimum income?
when is the earliest time I can apply in person?

As long as you earn over the minimum required, you are OK. The rules require that your COMBINED earnings should be £18,600.

You can apply by post 28 days before your visa expiry date.

Applying in person require using Premium Service which costs £1,050.

Published indicative fees for ILR from April 2016 will be £1,875 + £400 for a PSC in-person application.

Edit: £500 for a PSC in-person application. This will also increase.

Edit: I see that the premium fee for in-person application will rise to £500.

No. Indicative fee from April 2016 £811 postal or £1311 Premium in-person.
