Meeting maintenance requirements for FLR(m)

After reading some of the threads on meeting maintenance requirements, I am a little confused and worried (as I seen 52 weeks vs 130 weeks (in the case of benefit calculation)).

Is the FLR(m) renewal based on what you have earned in the last 12 months, as over the last 2.5 years I had a long period of employment that cause my income to be much lower than the £18,600 yearly threshold over the first 1.5 years of my spouse's visa.

You need to submit the last 6 months pay slips and bank statements.
