Please Reconsideration Request Timeline/How Long

Please does anyone know how long reconsideration take?

I am a bit confused now as i was previousely refused a Pr on the basis of retained right of residence and the errors came from the case worker, then again i send all the documents asked for back to the case worker and shows is been delivered to liverpool but i dont know if they have passed it to the case worker himself or not.

It was address to the case worker, i should have address it to the (liverpool EEA) case worker team instead, what if the case worker has gone on holiday, none will be able to open the envelope.. stress me out now

Now i started to regret that i should have submitted a fresh application instead.

Please has anyone been in this situation before??? please guide me, please please

If it was addressed to the Caseworker, It will be delivered to her desk or the team for which he/she is a part.

The Update on their system may not be swift.

Thank you Obie, i have just checked online now my documents its on its way because i included a special delivery guarantee envelope inside my documents as well, it says it will be delivered today,i hope for good news otherwise i will send in a new application as soon as possible.

Just been reading through your experience, how did you get on?

It is usually 3 month . But you may be lucky.
And if the result is not what you want just re apply if you think you qualify for it.
