HI.
please.
can someone tel me . if i'm in the good way to get my visa for uk. i'm an algerian man and my wife is a slovak national living in uk.
we'r applying for spouse visa to start living to gether in the uk.
we'r married in legal way in algeria. we've all the documents prooving our relationship. ( marriage contract. familly book. familly certificat. and all the official documents from algerian civil service.)
i got my english language test.
we've all the evedence about our relationship ( pictures . msg ...... ect)
my question is. my wife is a self employed.
her bank statments for last year was not good i mean we dont have 18600 £. because that we were waiting 6 months befor to put our file in the uk ambassy in algeria... now if we start counting since april 2015 til now. we have 14700 £. and my wife urn now nearlly 1900 £ a month. it means we`ll touch 18600 £ in april 2016. but we haven't yet a document from HMRC prooving that.
so the question is.
can we use a document from our accountant to proove that we met the financial requirement plus her last 6 months bank statments. bacause it's to much to wait another 6 month to put our file. really we need to be together soon. thank u.

You don't need any of that, as your wife (seems to) be excersicing her EU Treaty Rights for just apply under EEA rules for an EEA Family Permit and it's all free with no preconditions.

As your wife is an EEA national you can't apply for a spouse visa under UK Regulations. However you are fortunate that you may well qualify for an EEA Family Permit, which doesn't have a minimum earnings level, language test or visa fees. Read through the information in this link and come back with any questions you may have.

An EEA family permit makes it easier and quicker to enter the UK. You might not get a boarding pass and could experience major delays without one.
please can u axplain this passage.
and if this EEA familly permit is a visa for uk

It's not a visa, it's a permit. Ask your wife to read the information and go through it with you. I'm moving this to the EEA forum where you should get more advice.

Hi Athmane,
You can apply for a Family permit from Algeria, When you arrive in the UK you can apply for a residence card to confirm residence and stay here after your 6 months.
For the residence card, You need to prove both your Identities (Original IDs)
Proof of Cohabitation
Proof that your wife is exercising her treaty rights
Proof of relationship , in your case marriage
Good luck

That means that You still can travel to the UK without it , but without a Family permit you might have problems and delays , you need to prove everything to the immigration officer , and he might not grant you entry. better to have a family permit before you travel
