PRC for Unmarried non-EEU Partner

I'm an EEA Citizen, my partner is not. He has a RC for 5 years now and has worked here since. His RC runs out this year.
First Question: Will he be deported if he cannot get a PRC?

Second Question: I first worked here, then became redundant, was looking for work, got a new job, working ever since. But I did not register with the job center (they couldn't help me anyway) and did not have CSI while looking for work (didn't know it was required).

Question: Will my partner be deported because I didn't have a CSI two years ago, and he can't get a PRC?

If he can't get a PRC he can get another residence card for 5 years .

CSI is not required for the jobsekeer category of qualified person.

Note You need to be exercising treaty rights so that your partner can lawfully reside in UK.

Is your partner your partner or spouse?
If unmarried partner (extended family member) they need to have a RC for residence in UK.
If spouse (direct family member) it is 'optional'.

Registration certainly helps.
HO is playing hardball with EEA jobseekers now (for example, with 'gpow' test).

In all immigration-related applications you will need adequate documentary supporting evidence - oodles of it.
Do yourself a favour & don't give HO any 'wriggle room' at all.

I am not a jobseeker anymore. And I never received any benefit anyway.

Yes, any documentation relating to job-seeking will help support your (previous) status as a jobseeker.
