I need some advice

At the moment, I am holding a student dependant visa. I would like to know whether it is possible for me to get in HSMP. And if I am rejected, it is possible that I have to leave the country.

You can apply for the HSMP, if rejected you don't need to leave as long as your partner continues with their studies.
