British Passport application form filling help

Hi,

After Naturalization I am filling passport application form and need one have one query.

While filling two section Nationality and Citizenship, Town and Country of Birth shall I put word AND in between?

E.g. For Nationality and Citizenship, Shall I fill INDIAN INDIA OR INDIAN AND INDIA

Same for Town and Country of Birth: Does the word AND need to write in between TOWN and COUNTRY?
MUMBAI AND INDIA or MUMBAI INDIA

Keep it simple. No need for "and".
